During
the course of the convention, on
December 9th and 10th, free transfers have
been organized to circulate between the Javits Center and Penn
Station.
Departures will be on a
circulation basis, with anticipated pick-ups at each location
every 15 to 25 minutes (depending on traffic). Look for
coaches bearing a sign in the window reading "SC WORLD
CONGRESS".
