We offer several different types of programs because one size does not fit all. Individuals and groups should have options so we set up several different types of programs.
A few examples are
- Central Hotel Plan - we coordinate the program so that all of the attendees are staying at the same hotel place. Tours, dining, and /or transportation are arranged for all members of the group
- Multiple Hotel Plan - we offer members of the group 2, 3, or more options for hotel stays; at similar or several different price levels. Tours, dining and other services are coordinated for the group
- Individual Choice Plan - each member of the group can choose their own hotel and itinerary. They can dine and tour as individuals, selecting the events and activities that appeal to them without obligation to be with members of the group.
