The MAve Hotel, the newest boutique hotel included in our New York Hotel Packages, is situated just steps from New York's famed Flatiron building; at the intersection of Madison Avenue, Broadway and 23rd street sits. The MAve derives its name from the block on which it resides, Madison Avenue, which was chosen by fans in Desire Hotel's "You name it, we claim it" contest.
Just opened in Summer 2009, the MAve offers stylish, minimalist rooms at a great value. Rooms are adorned with whitewashed walls, contemporary graphic art, and simplistic designs. Guests have remarked that they are notably bright. Huge murals accompany the stairways, which many guests have adding an interesting and unique touch.
In the heart of Midtown's Flatiron district, there is so much to do and see. You are in the heart of everything and next store to everything else. In the immediate area, guests have enjoyed the "Shake Shack", a local favorite restaurant, and Union Square, which offers a weekly farmers market among other activities. Of course you can also explore the galleries and restaurants in Chelsea to the west, shopping in the Village and SoHo to the south, and many of New York's most famous attractions such as the Empire State Building and Broadway to the north. Subway lines run on both Broadway and Madison Avenue, making it incredibly easy to get wherever you need to be.
